A self-employed seller needs a smaller pack than a company: identity details, a tax number, confirmation of professional income tax status and bank details for payouts. The review itself is the same — what and how you sell is still checked.
What to prepare
- A tax number and identity document details.
- A certificate of registration as a professional income tax payer.
- Account or card details for receiving payouts.
- A description of your services or goods — a web page, a social profile or a price list.
How it differs from a company
- The document pack is smaller: no charter and no director details.
- Income and activity limits come from the tax regime, not from the payment service.
- Receipts are issued by the seller in the tax authority app — that duty stays with them.
Whether a self-employed person can accept cards is covered separately.
