Yes, through the payment API: your system triggers a payout on its own event — a completed deal, a schedule or accepted work.
The status of each payout is visible in the dashboard, and notifications reach your server.
The same documents as for accepting payments: company details and a description of your activity. Terms are set in the contract.
A refund is tied to a specific customer payment; a payout is a standalone operation in favour of a recipient, unrelated to anything they paid.
