Who this is for

A foreign business with buyers in Russia

The problem is the same in every case: your usual acquiring does not take cards issued by Russian banks, and that is exactly what the buyer has

An online service

Hosting, software, games, media, education or any other digital product sold to an audience in Russia. The buyer wants to pay with the card they already hold, and the payment has to go through on the first try.

An online store

Goods shipped to Russia or sold through a Russian-language storefront. Checkout needs the familiar methods — a card, a QR code, a one-tap Pay service — otherwise the cart is abandoned.

A SaaS with subscriptions

Monthly or annual plans billed to Russian customers. Recurring payments, refunds and statuses come through the API, so your billing keeps working the way it does for everyone else.

What the buyer gets

The methods people in Russia actually pay with

No new habits to learn on the buyer's side: the payment form offers what their bank already supports

Terms

What it costs and what the limits are

The full rate table and the fee calculator are on the pricing page

From 2.9%

Russian bank cards, SBP and Pay services share one rate. Cards issued outside Russia, if some of your buyers hold them, are accepted from 8.9%.

From 10 ₽ to 300,000 ₽

The limit on a single transaction. It is the same for every payment method on the form.

No setup or monthly fee

Onboarding and integration are free, and there is no subscription. The commission applies only to payments actually taken.

Receipts where required

Where Russian law (54-FZ) requires a fiscal receipt for a sale, it is issued automatically by a cloud online cash register and sent to the buyer.

The rates above are starting rates. The final terms for a foreign legal entity — including the settlement currency — are agreed during onboarding and fixed in the contract.

How it goes

From request to the first payment

Six steps. With documents in hand and a developer available, the whole path fits into one day

1. Request

Leave your contact details and a few words about the business: what you sell, where the buyers are, which methods you need.

2. Manager

A manager gets in touch, clarifies the terms for your legal entity and tells you which documents are needed.

3. Contract

The rate, settlement currency and other conditions are fixed in the contract, so the terms you start with are the terms you read before signing.

4. Integration

Your developer connects the widget, the API or a platform module. Payment links need no developer at all.

5. Test

A test payment in the sandbox checks statuses, webhooks and receipts before a single real customer sees the form.

6. Launch

The payment methods switch on, and the first payments from Russia arrive in your dashboard.

Worth knowing

The terms for a foreign company are set at onboarding

Whether a specific company can be connected, in what currency it is settled and from which countries it may be registered is decided during onboarding, and the final terms are fixed in the contract. MulenPay provides the software and the infrastructure; the payments themselves are processed by licensed partners under their own agreements. If you are not sure the scheme fits your business, describe it in the request — a manager will answer before you commit to anything.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked

That is who this page is for. Whether a specific legal entity can be connected depends on its country of registration, line of business and documents, and the manager confirms it during onboarding. Send a request with a short description of the business, and you will get a definite answer before signing anything.
