Common questions about card payments
From 2.9% per payment for Russian bank cards. Foreign cards start at 8.9%. Onboarding and integration are free.
Yes — VISA and MasterCard issued outside Russia, at a separate rate from 8.9%.
Usually bank limits, an anti-fraud check, a typo in the details or an expired checkout session. Only the issuing bank knows the exact reason.
No, and you must not either. Details are entered in a certified provider form, and repeat charges use a token.
Issue a refund from the dashboard, in full or in part. If the payment has not settled yet, cancel it instead.
