Payments without a terminal
The customer pays by card or via SBP on your website, in your app or through a link — no terminal required.
Acquiring for online sales
MulenPay gives you the infrastructure to accept cards, SBP and QR payments: a payment widget, API, transaction statuses and reports — all in one merchant dashboard.
The basics
Accepting cashless payments through a website, an app or a payment link
The customer pays by card or via SBP on your website, in your app or through a link — no terminal required.
MulenPay is the technology infrastructure for accepting payments: checkout forms, API, statuses and reports.
Transaction history, statuses, refunds, register exports and turnover analytics — in a single interface.
We break down the payment flow and how it differs from merchant acquiring in our articles — links at the bottom of the page.
Who it's for
From online stores to self-employed professionals
Payment right inside the cart, tied to the order — customers don't drop off at the final step.
A reduced rate: 2.9% and lower at higher volumes, plus the option to pay for courses in instalments or on credit.
Recurring charges and plan renewals — with no need for customers to re-enter card details.
Prepayments and deposits cut no-show risk: a manager sends a link and the customer pays from a messenger.
Start with no upfront costs: setup and integration are free.
Accept cards and pay-by-link with no terminal and no website — a smartphone and your dashboard are enough.
Payment methods
The more familiar options on the form, the fewer abandoned payments
Visa, Mastercard, MIR and UnionPay — we accept cards issued in 50+ countries.
The customer scans a QR code or confirms the payment in their banking app — no card details needed.
SberPay, T-Pay, Yandex Pay, Mir Pay and MTS Pay — checkout in a single tap.
We wrap the payment link in a QR code: show it on screen, print it or send it to the customer.
Cards from overseas banks remove the barrier for customers abroad and widen your sales geography.
Subscriptions and repeat charges on a saved payment method — no renewal reminders required.
Pricing
Base rates are known upfront; final terms are set out in the contract
The rate from 2.9% applies to cards issued by Russian banks, SBP and Pay services such as SberPay and T-Pay.
Acceptance of cards from overseas banks is enabled separately if you sell outside Russia.
We agree your rate individually: it depends on turnover and business sector.
Setup and integration are free — you pay a percentage of each payment.
The rate is not the whole cost. We break down what else drives your economics in our article on fees.
MulenPay provides software and infrastructure solutions. The service does not offer financial, payment, banking or investment services in its own name: all financial operations are carried out by licensed providers and partners. Final terms and rates are set out in the contract.
Get started
Leave a request — we'll agree a rate that fits your turnover and business sector, and get payment acceptance live within one business day.
Onboarding
Four steps from application to your first real payment
Create an account, provide your business details and submit a connection request.
We review your documents and website: product descriptions, seller contacts, payment and refund terms.
You get your keys and connect the widget, API or payment links.
Check the mobile flow, a successful payment, a decline and notifications: a demo payment is available on the site.
Integration
Pick the format that matches your resources — from a single script to a full server-side integration
Add Widget.js to your site with one script; the form adapts to your site design.
Create payments, retrieve statuses and issue refunds from your own backend or CRM.
SDKs for iOS, Android and Flutter embed checkout directly in your app.
No website needed: generate a link in the dashboard and send it to the customer by messenger or email.
Server-side notifications deliver the final payment status to your system automatically.
Method reference, request examples and a demo payment guide your developer through the integration.
Operations
Manage post-payment operations straight from the dashboard
Issue a refund from the dashboard or via API; the procedure and timelines depend on the provider's terms.
Statuses reach your server and update the order in your CRM or CMS automatically.
Payment data protection is confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 v4.0 certification, and anti-fraud reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions.
Export registers and analytics for any period — your finance team can match payments to orders.
Fiscalization
Customer receipts are generated automatically — nothing to issue by hand
A fiscal receipt is generated for every online payment, and the customer receives the document right after paying.
For fiscalization, MulenPay integrates with the Ukassa and Webkassa online cash registers.
Receipts are stored and available to download for every transaction, alongside the order data.
It depends on your tax regime and type of activity — settle this before you start selling.
