Rates start from 2.9% for cards issued by Russian banks, SBP payments and Pay services; foreign cards start from 8.9%. Setup and integration are free. Your final rate depends on turnover and business sector. MulenPay provides software and infrastructure solutions and does not offer financial, payment, banking or investment services in its own name: all financial operations are carried out by licensed providers and partners, and the final terms are set out in the contract.
