Operation history lives in the dashboard: every payment is listed with its status, amount, method and date, and data for any period exports to a file. The Withdrawals section is separate — that is what you reconcile the account against.
What you can see
- A payment list with filters by status, period and method.
- Operation details: the amount, the amount to be credited, refunds against that payment and their receipts.
- The fiscal receipt for every payment — it can be resent to the buyer.
- The Withdrawals section — the amount, status and bank details of every withdrawal.
How it works in MulenPay
The dashboard is one place for every channel: payments from the site through the widget or a module, by payment link, by QR code and through the API all land in one history. An export for a period is a file with the same columns as the list — handy for an accountant or your own books. With a REST API integration the same history is available by request: a list of payments and a status by id. Developers also get webhook statistics — your server response codes for a period.
How to reconcile with the bank
- Compare the statement with the Withdrawals section, not with individual payments.
- Remember the account receives the amount net of the fee — from 2.9% for Russian cards, SBP and Pay services, from 8.9% for foreign cards.
- Refunds in the period explain the gap between turnover and receipts.
- Operations on Hold or Processing are not finished yet — reconcile against the Processed status.
Reconciliation step by step
- Pick a period and export the operation list.
- Open the Withdrawals section for the same period.
- Match each withdrawal against a credit on the bank statement by date and amount.
- Break any gap into the fee, refunds and operations carried into the next period.
Example
An accountant closes the month. Instead of hunting for every payment in the statement, she opens the Withdrawals section: there are as many withdrawals as there are bank credits. Two match the operation export at once; the third differs by exactly the refund issued on the last day of the month.
The full set of methods is on the accepting payments page. What accounting needs is covered separately.
