One-click payment is when the buyer banking app supplies the details and all they do is confirm. Neither the card number nor the code on the back has to be typed, so there are fewer steps before confirmation.
How it differs from ordinary checkout
- Card details are not typed manually: the banking app passes them.
- Confirmation happens inside an interface the buyer already knows.
- Fewer steps mean fewer chances to abandon the payment halfway.
What a store should enable
- SberPay and T-Pay — for customers of the corresponding banks.
- QR payments through the faster payments system, which also skip card entry.
- A plain card form as a fallback: Pay services are not available to everyone.
How to enable one-click payment is on the SberPay and T-Pay page.
