What limits apply to a single payment? | MULENPAY

The minimum single operation is 10 roubles and the maximum is 300,000 roubles. The cap applies to an individual payment, not to turnover: there is no daily or monthly ceiling on accepting payments.

Where the limits come from

  • The lower bound guards against operations where the fee rivals the purchase itself.
  • The upper one follows payment system rules and the risk assessment of an operation.
  • The buyer bank limits apply on top: a card may decline even a smaller amount.

What to do with a large order

  • Split the payment — for example into a deposit and the balance.
  • Offer an invoice if the buyer is a legal entity.
  • Discuss individual terms during onboarding if large tickets are normal for you.

Why a bank may decline a payment within the limits is covered separately.
