No, we have no ready-made app: the manager sees the payment in the dashboard and moves the deal. Automation can be built through the API and webhooks by your own team.

Yes, and for legal entities that is more familiar. But invoice payments take longer — a bank transfer is processed during business hours, while a link is paid immediately.

How do I tie a payment to a specific deal?

Put the deal number in the payment purpose: it appears on the operation in the dashboard and in period exports.

Accepting payments on Bitrix24 deals | MULENPAY

Bitrix24 is a CRM and should not be confused with 1C-Bitrix: an online store on 1C-Bitrix has a ready-made payment module, while in the CRM payment is sent to the client as a link from the deal card.

How it works

The manager creates a link for the deal amount in the dashboard.
The link goes to the client straight from the card — chat, email or messenger.
The client pays by card or SBP on a secure page.
The payment appears in the dashboard and the receipt reaches the buyer automatically.

An online store on 1C-Bitrix has a ready-made module — that is a different scenario and page.
Deal stages in the CRM move manually unless you automate the process through the API.
The payment purpose is the only thread between a payment and a deal — fill it carefully.
